I’m a Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher from Croxley Green, Hertfordshire.

After trying different forms of yoga, I discovered hot yoga and Vinyasa Flow 5 years ago and was immediately hooked! The dynamic, energetic and fun elements really captured me and I very quickly committed to a regular practise. I had also struggled with stress and anxiety symptoms for many years and the breathing techniques I naturally adopted off the mat made a huge difference to my day to day life. Yoga helped me to overcome my worries, discover mindfulness and the power of the breath. I began to realise that yoga was much bigger and powerful than the pose and I loved the way it harnessed me into the present moment creating a union on a physical and mental level.

Completing my 200-hour training at Yoga London means I can now share the magic of yoga and my goal is to make it accessible for all ages and abilities.

I teach small to medium groups Vinyasa Flow yoga and will adapt to different sizes and abilities. I try to encourage everyone to challenge themselves and at the same time have fun! Each class incorporates breathing exercises and meditation to promote mindfulness and a sense of calm.

Yoga in the workplace not only provides employees with ‘headspace’ and mental resilience but also stretching exercises to counteract muscular skeletal issues caused the modern corporate environment. A tailored and bespoke class will focus on ‘anti desk’ stretches alongside stress relieving breathing exercises. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

I offer a teen yoga class to help reduce stress and promote physical fitness and most importantly to give teenagers the tools they need to navigate around their unique worlds. Full DBS check available.
