Hi, I’m Carolyn.

 
I’ve been teaching for over 6 years having trained at Yoga London.  
 
Teaching authentically from the heart, my aim is to make my classes inviting and accessible to all.   Having tried various tools to unsuccessfully manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, yoga and breath work have been my saviour.  To be able to share the magic of yoga is a dream come true! 
 
I qualified as a Vinyasa Flow 200 hr teacher as I loved how the style connects flow and fluidity of movement with resistance and flexibility whilst linking with the breath.  Moving to music, allowing the breath and body to be your guide and giving the mind a chance to reset, pausing in the present moment. 
 
I have also trained and qualified in Yoga Nidra (translates to Yogic Sleep) and as a Breath Coach, elements of which are intertwined with each and every practise. 

Classes

Currently I run group Vinyasa Flow classes from a studio in Croxley Green, Hertfordshire. It’s a great way of maintaining a regular twice weekly practise within a community of friendly, like minded people.  Fun, dynamic sequences designed to increase both flexibility and strength (of body and mind). Regular updates can be found on my instagram regarding new classes and current class schedule.

Enjoy private 1:1 or 1:2 classes from the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you.

Benefit from a tailored sequence which fits around your busy schedules with individualised attention to enhance your practise. 

Perfect for individuals, couples or friends.

Corporate Yoga

Engage your workforce with  corporate yoga sessions or wellbeing workshops. 
 
Yoga provided by the workplace not only offers much needed ‘headspace’ and mental resilience but also stretching exercises to counteract the physical issues created by the modern day working environment.  A tailored and bespoke class or workshop will help to address muscular, skeletal and mental health issues.  Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Retreats

YOGA EAT UNWIND & RETREAT
 
Last year I started hosting retreats in and around Hertfordshire, facilitating events which provide a real sense of escapism and calm.  Usually set in countryside venues and surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect backdrop to reset and carve out space for yourselves.  The day includes delicious nutritious food, sound healing, yoga and breath work.  Suitable for individuals or corporate days.
